● A project is deemed confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
● Work commences upon payment and receipt of required client inputs.
● Delays in inputs or feedback may proportionally extend timelines.

● All fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated.
● Payments once made are non-refundable.
● Additional work outside approved scope is chargeable.
● Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is received.

● Revisions are limited as per the agreed proposal.
● Changes in direction after approvals may be treated as new scope.
● Additional revisions may impact cost and timelines.
(Refer Annexure B)

● All creative assets remain the property of Peoples Animation Studio until full payment.
● Usage rights to final approved deliverables are granted upon payment completion.
● Source / editable files are excluded unless explicitly agreed.

Clients confirm they have legal rights to all materials shared and agree to provide timely approvals and consolidated feedback.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

Studio liability, if any, is limited to the total project fees paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or guaranteed business outcomes.

Either party may terminate with written notice. Fees paid are non-refundable, and work completed till termination remains chargeable.

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

By submitting an enquiry form, checking a consent box, signing an agreement, approving a proposal, or making a payment, the client expressly agrees to these Terms & Conditions and all Annexures.
